I had an oil change tire rotation done today plus had my tire sensor replaced. With the oil change, they forgot to change the next date for my oil change and did not check the tire pressure on the tires. On tire sensor replaced. I will never step a foot back in Toyota of Paris. Bought a brand new car from a different out of town dealership. For convenience I went to paris for an issue that started at 5000 miles. They are sending a service tech to my house...3 hours away... they will pick up my car, leave me with a new loaner, diagnosis my car, and repair it. Being 78+ for both of us and among similar age people there is a “given” when something goes wrong with our car. Specifically, our 2019 Avalon. Anyway, I immediately began to think the worst and the $$$$ it was probably going to cost to fix … especially at a dealer. Im physically disabled so my wife has to handle such events.
