I was only there for my 15,000 mile tire rotation, but the customer service rep, Tara did a walk around with me, took pictures, and even sent pictures of my cabin, air filter, and my engine air filter tha the customer service rep, Tara did a walk around with me, took pictures, and even sent pictures of my cabin, air filter, and my engine air filter that needed to be changed. Very pleased with Toyota of Paris. Called on Friday to see if they could possibly get me in on Saturday the lady said absolutely. That is the only day I have off I got there a little early and the lady noticed I had new tires she asked if I had an allment I said no she asked if I wanted them to do it I said absolutely she quoted me a price and when the truck was finished the price was quite a bit lower than what they had said then after I paid they gave me a Free truck wash down the street They also gave me a new cap I wish I had bought my truck there to begin with. If I do buy another truck it will be at Toyota of Paris. They told me feel free to call anytime they would be happy to work me in thanks again Toyota of Paris More
