I would say this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a car dealership. They drained my full take of gas out of my car and then didn’t fill it up before giving me my car back. Had my car for 11 hours and only did a diagnostic test I came for a diagnostic test and to have my recall done just to be told after 11 hours that my recall was never done and to come back, even though I work out of town during business hours, they outrageously tried to charge me for service after never even fully telling me what was going on, never cleaned out the inside of my car Left towels in my vehicle . I will NEVER go back . Would rather drive to another Toyota out of town . UPDATE called and spoke with Robert Boyden the service manager who told me that I was even charged for him giving LESS THAN HALF A TANK after taking all of my gas and joy riding around town in my car. He had the nastiest attitude and when I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with he told me no one was above him and that he wasn’t going to fill my car up with his money ! More

This Toyota dealership has always took good care of the needs every time I took my car in for service. The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. I feel they have always done a great job. They were very disrespectful & gave me issues from the very start. Robert the service manager acted as if the courtesy vehicle was his personal and wanted to put me into a car which would not work where I very start. Robert the service manager acted as if the courtesy vehicle was his personal and wanted to put me into a car which would not work where I’m from. Eventually he did cave in and give me the truck. Upon returning to the dealership to get my truck back the gas light was on so I brought it to their attention. “Kika” proceeded to tell me with an attitude that warranty work doesn’t come with gas. I told them it had a half of a tank when it was dropped off. They proceeded to take my truck and put a half of a tank of gas on it. Which I was thankful for. I left the dealership to be called just a few seconds later from Robert stating that I needed to pay for the crack in the windshield of the courtesy vehicle. Soi told him I was turning around and would be there shortly. The crack was there when they gave me the truck so I took pictures before leaving the lot thankfully. When I got there Robert was there waiting for me. He was told by his manager that the crack was in fact already there. They performed an engine recall on my 2022 Tundra and put 76 miles on it “testing it”. As I get home I realized there was a bag in my back seat. Robert’s personal belongings.. as if he was driving my truck for personal transportation. Absolutely inexcusable. Very poor attitudes in this dealership and I will never be back nor refer anyone to this place. Worst experience dealing with a dealership I have ever experienced. More
