Spoke to sales man now Gonzalez told him I wanted a new rav4 he offered the different options models the dealership had we went with a hybrid and he was very straight forward said it needed to be ordered a rav4 he offered the different options models the dealership had we went with a hybrid and he was very straight forward said it needed to be ordered and that it would be about 2 months to arrive. Mr Gonzalez said he’d stay on top of the order and advise us if arrived early. Mr. Gonzalez did and we had our vehicle within a month. He made the paperwork go by quick and smoothly, he explained all the options the vehicle to our daughter who the rav4 was gifted to. Again thx More
