I tried working through this situation directly with Toyota of Pullman before posting publicly. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle, I began experiencing significant mechanical issues that later turned Toyota of Pullman before posting publicly. Independent diagnostics also raised concerns about prior repair work done on the vehicle before I owned it. I understand used vehicles are sold as-is, and I appreciate the professionalism in the dealership’s response. However, this experience has still been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given how soon the problems appeared after purchase. I hope Toyota and the dealership are willing to continue working toward a fair resolution and restoring confidence in the buying experience. More

It was so simple. A little hard to mess it up. My salesperson did help me drive my rented car to the car rental agency, and another salesperson did an excellent job of explaining the functions of the car that I was unfamiliar with that would get me home till I could read the manuals and familiarize myself with the knowledge I would need to operate this car as it was much different than other vehicles I have owned. All of these features would be expected when dealing with a customer buying a car with cash. I am letting the dealership know thru this review to remove me from your mailing list, do not text me with your AI automatic review request and like us on Facebook features. If you do I will make my purchase from anywhere else but your dealership. negotiating a final price was more painless than I expected, I am a lousy negotiator. I think the cash talked. I am giving it an average rating only because this site is forcing me to rate to make this review. I would not be making a review normally unless I was mad as xxxx at a business and I wanted to scream it to the world. More

I bought a 2024 toyota camry from them at the beginning of this year. I only have 9.6k miles on it right now and I have a bulge in the side wall of my tire. So I asked Toyota of Pullman if they would replace the tire and they adamantly told me that tires are not covered under warranty. Regardless of the fact that they sold me a defected tire, they refuse to fix the situation. I called 3 other dealerships and explained the situation as if I'd bought the car from them and all 3 were ready to replace it, free of cost. Toyota of Pullman will sell you defected vehicles and then make you pay to fix it. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other dealership. You can usually get cars shipped to different dealerships, Lewiston Toyota is fantastic and will actually help you with these kinds of issues. More

He called and you know what they told him. “Itll be 375”. He then asked why they told me 800-1000, and they said cause they thought I wanted top notch brand new keys and stuff. They didn’t tell me that. They lied to get more money outta me. Ridiculous! Do not come here, I do not trust this location. Especially if your a girl or a student! More

He and the General Manager and really all the sales people were very helpful, friendly and knew every inch of the car and I left with a car and all I needed to know. I was impressed they all worked and helped each other even though it wasn’t their sale. Every question was answered plus a zillion things I didn’t know to ask about.
