The vehicle was too old, with too many miles on it to put that much money into it. Whether or not the real problem could have been discovered before $1,500 of work was done to it, is questionable. So I was faced with a situation where I had to tow my vehicle out of there and pay a $1,500 bill. Kerry Betts, a service manager, called me and said they had to decided to offer a partial refund since the problem wasn't resolved. He and the accounting department decided on half the labor which was about $425. However, after numerous phone calls with him and Greg Coleman the GM, I sill haven't actually received the funds although both of them constantly reassured me that the refund would happen. It's been 5 months now and many calls to the GM have gone unanswered. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, but either dishonest or too disorganized to get a promised refund taken care of. More

Horrible Customer Service We came in to look at a specific used vehicle they had. The Salesman Dave was very friendly and helpful.(This is the only nice comment I have about this Dealership.) The vehicle had been on their lot for 3 months. It looked as though they didn't do anything to it except wash the outside. Inside was so dirty and reeked of dog. There was ketchup, or something that resembled ketchup, inside a cup holder. The driver's armrest looked like someone sweated all over it. Dog hair, crumbs, and dirt were all over the place. The previous owner's registration was still in the glove box. It goes on and on. When we went inside to talk to them about the vehicle, they didn't seem to care that the vehicle had not been cleaned. When we tried to talk price, the Sales Manager Dave (yes, a different Dave) obviously did not like our offer and he became a real jerk to us. He actually started to raise his voice to us. Needless to say, we walked out. Never to return or recommend the place. More

Business of Prey Took complete advantage of a tough situation of a college student that had a broken car and a small little family. They returned the very next day to Took complete advantage of a tough situation of a college student that had a broken car and a small little family. They returned the very next day to try fix the situation and they ended up charging him $4000 (which he had use his student loans for) and KEPT the broken car that he traded in!!!! So, now he is left with NO CAR, a $4000 dept with his small family. I am more than livid at the advantage they took of this situation when a family came in...and talking them into a LEASE! More

Great Experience!! I was in the market for a new car and ended up going with a new Corolla. Toyota of Pullman was very knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into b I was in the market for a new car and ended up going with a new Corolla. Toyota of Pullman was very knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into buying unless it was what I wanted. I was treated like a person making a tough decision and not just the opportunity to make a sale. The sales rep went over a lot of the cool features my new car has as well as made sure I understood the warranty as well as ToyotaCare before I left. Even gave me his number in case I had follow up questions. The hospitality I received during my visit to Toyota of Pullman was definitely appreciated!!! More

Sleazy and greedy .... with a BIG smile. I bought a brand new RAV Hybrid from these folks. I was well aware of scams and add ons so I was very careful NOT to accept any of the "extras" they t I bought a brand new RAV Hybrid from these folks. I was well aware of scams and add ons so I was very careful NOT to accept any of the "extras" they tried to push on me. After declining the first warranty, they tried to slip in a cheaper one, which I caught. Then they tried to skip the deduction of my rebate, which I caught. When we finally agreed on a price, I then had to wait a REALLY long time to sign the contract and did not catch the inclusion of an added "$500 undercoating." (Which my salesman had previously told me was not an add on because it had already been done. -- no extra charge.) I signed, went home and realized I had been scammed this amount. When I went in to see them they told me that they had given me the wrong car (different VIN #). They had me sign new papers but did not give me any copies of a new contract with correct VIN. When I asked for proof of my new VIN's undercoating having been done, they could not provide it. The General Manager then asked his Service guy to produce proof and he literally invented a fake work order. These guys at best are sloppy liars and at worst are predatory. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! More
