My Buying experience I bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon from here, prior to purchase I was told there is a second key, after purchase I was told no second key and it will cost I bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon from here, prior to purchase I was told there is a second key, after purchase I was told no second key and it will cost $185 to purchase a second key. As a courtesy, they could have offered that to me free, but they chose not to. Also the warranty I bought was very bad for the price and by LAW I should be able to get reimbursed for it, but I emailed and texted the finance person regarding this matter with no response. BUYER BEWARE!!! I cannot stress enough, anyone that plans on buying a car from this dealership, PLEASE either voice record or video tape your ENTIRE visit. One of the finance guys Syed Ali tried to scam me out of extra money for coverages I was not actually getting. Luckily I had friends at other Toyota dealers that looked over my paperwork, and noticed some very serious problems. When confronted, the assistant finance director Mo Sherbi just covered for Syed, and speaking with the GM Brad Clark was no help either. None of them would except responsibility for the felonious dealer fraud that was committed. It would be better to not do business with them at all, but if you are, PROTECT yourself and record EVERYTHING!!!! Verbal lies do not go on their paperwork, so in their mind, it didnt happen. More
