I have been a Chevy guy all my life. However, their dealership really screwed up my car so I was forced to trade it. I looked at so many different makes and models before I settled on a toyota. I then had to find a dealership I thought I could trust. I read reviews, searched online, talk to family and friends and the one that stood out more than any other is Toyota of richardson. In purchasing my vehicle, chin Ismail made it painless. He explained everything from start to finish. He walked me over to the finance people and they took me through it, got me an excellent right, and I was in and out of there in no time. As far as service, I just completed my first service visit today. 6 months already. Hard to believe. Driving up was a little confusing. However, Alex graded me, walk me through the process, explained where everything was and took me to the waiting room and showed me all the amenities along the way. He gave me an estimated time when it would be ready. Fortunately for me, it was ready early. Alex then explained some of the additional features that I had not found on my vehicle. I have to admit I am extremely impressed. More
