Great service, poor finance decisions I have been a loyal customer of the service department at Toyota of Richardson for over ten years. Service advisors I have had over the years have bee I have been a loyal customer of the service department at Toyota of Richardson for over ten years. Service advisors I have had over the years have been great. However, today I was informed that a 3% surcharge would be added for a credit card transaction. What a crock - not all service visits are cheap and using a credit card is needed to pay the full balance. Seems like the local pizza joint requires a $5 purchase for a credit card transaction? They don’t charge me 3% on top of that. More

Arrogant and Disrepectful We went to buy a used car , Tracy Brown was the person we supposed to meet . Even though we had an appointment he behaved as if we did not have appoin We went to buy a used car , Tracy Brown was the person we supposed to meet . Further to our dismay he started addressing himself as third person and his body language depicted as if he was doing favor to show us car. Best car buying experience EVER Robert Alicea is a rare find for a saleman, honesty and integrity is what I found the first time I met him and was consistent thru out the process. Started shopping a month ago and knew that I had found where I would purchase my next car and now all others to follow.
