Great work! James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call of duty once again. If there is an error, they will own up to it and fix it. During my service this past week, they fixed an oil leak from the oil drain pan, changed the oil, did a complimentary 21 point inspection and refinished my headlights; all done exceptionally well and they answered all my questions and provided pertinent information as not to get the headlights wet for 48 hours. Their entire staff are all friendly and approachable if you have any questions and / or concerns about anything with your auto or truck... Great work everyone!!!! By the way... I've been a customer of theirs for almost 30 years and pretty much the same staff is in place. That right there should tell you how well Glen Barnett, James Holliman and the Toyota Corporation treat their employees; of which has a direct correlation on how well they treat their customers. I've found them to be ethical and honest in all of their dealings with me over the time I've been a customer with them. More
