I gave Toyota of Riverside a high rating primarily because of the excellent service department. Our 2017 Tacoma has been basically trouble free for 8 years because the service department has given us because of the excellent service department. I purchased my Toyota Highlander 3 1/2 years ago and have taken it in for it's scheduled maintenance regularly. The service has been all I could ask for. The car still runs great, the waiting area is comfor taken it in for it's scheduled maintenance regularly. The service has been all I could ask for. The car still runs great, the waiting area is comfortable with available coffee and water, and the service people explain what is to be done and give estimates on any suggested work - with a smile on their face. On this visit I got into a conversation with another patron and we had many things in common besides our Toyotas. The time passed quickly and right at the time Edgar, my service advisor told me my car would be ready, they told me it was ready. As much as I enjoyed my conversation with my new friend I cleared at the register and left. It was more like a social gathering than a car maintenance appointment! Thank you, Riverside Toyota! More

It truly is about the service! We all got options and right? Ever since I moved to Riverside I started coming here as opposed to the other dealership in Ontario. Not that service was bad there but truth be told, the service here in Riverside is just better. It comes down to people and how you are treated. Joseph is my 2nd Service Advisor since 2014. I am faithful to whom I work with and when my other relocated he recommended I ask for Joseph. He was so right! Joseph is a great guy who listens to you, treats you super well and is the epitome of professionalism. When I go it, he makes it about me and what I need. Does not try and oversell and keeps things real! What's not to like about that? Most of all, the team there seems genuinely interested in you and keeping your business. I have options as to where to go but I am hole heartedly content here! Thank you Joseph for all you do! More

I bought a Toyota Highlander 2023 in September and till today I don't have a spare key. They keep saying that I should call Toyota not them. Once you leave there, you get poor response from them. Today I was there to service the Highlander and waited for 3hrs 20 minutes only to tell me, "sorry our systems are down; there is nothing we can do and it is not our fault". No, it was my fault to be there. I wasted my time sitting at the lounge waiting in vain and took my car home without service. Please be wise with their sweet promises, not really as they say. More
It would appear that the dealerships service department isn’t what it used to be. They took my truck in for some errors and I decided to have them do and oil change. I would have given them the benefit of isn’t what it used to be. They took my truck in for some errors and I decided to have them do and oil change. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt accept this isn’t the first time it’s happened. There’s more oil under my truck, on my drive way and exhaust of the truck than maybe in the oil pan. I have put a call into the service manager and will see how that goes. I can’t help but call out the attitude of the folks that work there. The Service and Parts team attitude is boarderline rude in response’s to simple questions about the billing, ETC.. There’s zero customer service attitude and more of customer are and annoyance then any anything else. The best advice I can offer is find another dealership, it’s just not work the hassle. More
