Fought wife’s new Corolla cross in for the first oil change. Dropped it off at 7:30 am, it’s now 4:15 and car isn’t ready. I purchased my Toyota Highlander 3 1/2 years ago and have taken it in for it's scheduled maintenance regularly. The service has been all I could ask for. The car still runs great, the waiting area is comfor taken it in for it's scheduled maintenance regularly. The service has been all I could ask for. The car still runs great, the waiting area is comfortable with available coffee and water, and the service people explain what is to be done and give estimates on any suggested work - with a smile on their face. On this visit I got into a conversation with another patron and we had many things in common besides our Toyotas. The time passed quickly and right at the time Edgar, my service advisor told me my car would be ready, they told me it was ready. As much as I enjoyed my conversation with my new friend I cleared at the register and left. It was more like a social gathering than a car maintenance appointment! Thank you, Riverside Toyota! More
