Service Takes long time to complete service. I even made an appointment and still 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. My care was not washed. They alway Takes long time to complete service. I even made an appointment and still 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. My care was not washed. They always do complimentary wash after service. So I had to wait longer for car wash. This is second time having this issue. It's just close to my home so it's convenient. More

Having said that, I’ve always been satisfied with their prompt, friendly and professional service. What impressed me most was when I called just about closing time to schedule an appointment about a burned out turn signat bulb and their service manager said bring it in. 5 minutes later I was on the road again. Fast and Friendly From the moment we arrived the entire staff was friendly. They said it would take a hour and 30 minutes so we waited. They performed additional safety checks on the alignment that I didn’t expect ( Nice extra ). The waiting room was spacious with good coffee and some snacks. Riverside Toyota hands down was superior to my other dealership I was taking my car to. Thank you. More

Steven was great! Have a 2015 Prius in for routine oil service. Steven was the advisory and took care of me, said everything was ok except I needed a seal replaced that Have a 2015 Prius in for routine oil service. He contacted Toyota n was covered by my Ext warranty, he arranged a free rental and I was off. Returned in a few days to pick it up everything fine. Thanks Steven! More
