they don’t care about the Toyota customers The previous day I try to make the appointment for the recall one service advisor said they are closed and the entrance sign is very clear until 6pm a The previous day I try to make the appointment for the recall one service advisor said they are closed and the entrance sign is very clear until 6pm and the time was 5pm , the next day they take 4 hours for do the recall the letter from TMSales said 1 to3 , and the guy Ernie Gonzalez try to push me to buy a new battery and the connector, the only thing I had to is clean with water and a paper towel. But he still pushing for flush the brakes fluids I will appreciate if Toyota of Riverside can train their employees in a more professional manner instead of employees being so condescending and disrespectful. way to buy the service , not bossing around way so disappoint there is a lot of brand in the market and clients are looking for good service , we got the impression that he was to rip it off with xxxxxxxx advise you need to change this , or have to do that , no sympathy for customer at all and we have 3 Toyota vehicles , definitely not to recommend our friends and family!
