He answered every single question I had, was incredibly patient, and even stayed late to make sure I was able to get into the car I truly wanted. He went above and beyond to make everything work, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Pharrell, my salesman. He was absolutely amazing as well — professional, patient, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. He also stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond by personally helping me move everything from my old car into my new car, showing me how to work all of the features inside the vehicle, setting up my Apple CarPlay, and even walking me through how to set up the Toyota app. He made sure I left feeling comfortable and confident in my new car instead of just handing me the keys and sending me on my way. What stood out the most to me about both of these gentlemen was that I never felt like they were focused on simply making a sale. They were focused on me as a customer and making sure I got a deal I was genuinely happy with. That meant so much to me!
