15k Service Good customer service. The manager in the service department was great and helped when the service writer wanted to charge for parts I felt should hav Good customer service. My only complaint is San Bernardino Toyota no longer washes your vehicle after it’s been serviced. They should change their policy back and start washing the vehicles, as they did prior to July 2018. If Toyota of Redlands washes the vehicles after being serviced, I will take my business there. More
