I would have been willing to pay with a credit card to save me having to go twice. This is far from excellent service. Excellent service means taking the extra step and anticipating the customer's needs/convenience. More

Explanation: it's a used car, and when it was turned in it only had one key. I see -- so if the spare tire was missing they would charge extra for that too? This should be part of the 'certified used car' process. More
