I went twice to this dealership in the same week, first experience the sales person Larry Rueba was very nice not to pushy however the other two men that spoke with me didn’t seem to care if I bought a car experience the sales person Larry Rueba was very nice not to pushy however the other two men that spoke with me didn’t seem to care if I bought a car or not (I went to this dealership because I purchase my 2002 Solara there). After checking online I found a 2021 certified used Corolla LE I liked contacted dealership and spoke with Tuan, ended up meeting with Nabeel Ahmed the next day, he was very pleasant and easy to do business with. Also Jun Nagaoka was very patient and friendly which made the process go smoothly. Nabeel also went out of his way to arrange for my car to be delivered. The ladies on the team , Fern, Cynthia and someone else I can’t remember any more have were nice and helpful. My ratings below pertain to my second visit. More

I went into Toyota today let me just say no very supportive for customers. I kept getting shot down. The car was so marked up over 4k. None of it was on the factory sticker. I got a oil change I asked the advisor if they were going to top off my fluids they said yes but when I throw my vehicle home looked underneath the hood and saw that my fluids wouldn't low. Took forever for them to check me in and I had an appointment. Waited 30min and took forever for them to bring my car around after I paid.
