My husband and I purchased a FJ cruiser here. When we first reviewed our options we worked with a very helpful salesman, Andy Dobbs. Unfortunately, we could not continue with Andy as he was out on a long term illness. When we were ready to narrow down the Toyota models we worked with Michael Lampkin, who was wonderful. He gave us plenty of time to review and drive the three SUVS we were interested in. When we told him we needed to discuss our options between ourselves, he did not push. Manager John Carlise gave us competitive pricing on the final two models. When we reached a decision the next day, we called Michael. Although he was not scheduled to work until later, we told him that we had a very tight schedule and wanted him to handle the sale. He was at the dealership faster than we arrived. He sold us the exact vehicle we wanted, did not try to upsale us and was very knowledgeable and respectful.
