Don't go South, it isn't worth it. I drove all over and then got the best deal here at home. John is a great guy to work with and his boss David is a straight shooter. After seeing the vehicle online, I called and spoke with Hector. He invited me to come see the car--he would have it ready for me. Upon arriving, the car was in the front lot ready to go. After the test drive, he helped me with my trade-in and gave me a great price on my 'new' car. He even pointed out how I could save money on financing. He was helpful & friendly, but not pushy. Went to get a new car. Didn't come with everything it was supposed to. When we asked for a refund on the items missing we were made fun of like we were poor and were making a big deal out of a small amount supposed to. We were told to basically shut up and be happy we got a good deal on the truck. we were even asked by the salesgirl if we wanted to not take the truck over the equipment not provided. When we got home, more items were missing. When we called about that, my son was accused of lying. This dealership gives car salesmen a bad name. I will never by a Toyota and if I break down and do so it will never be from this dealership. More

They stand behind their product and they value the relationship. Over the years there have been a few issues and I am incredibly impressed by the professionalism and the respect I experienced. I recently ran in to Zegory downtown. We bought our latest car, a Prius, from him. I wanted to thank him and the dealership for the generous program they implemented at my daughter's high school. During the conversation, I explained that the benefits of the navigation device and other programs on the device were lost on me. He was very helpful and asked when I could come in so he could give me a tutorial (even though I have the CD). I appreciate being treated as a valued customer and Toyota of Santa Barbara appears to have infused this quality in their business ethos. More

I made it very clear before I set foot in the door. I had been in "text" conversations with David letting him know exactly what I want, what I expected on my trade in, and what I was willing to pay. He made all that happen and all I had to do was coming in and do the 3 signatures, the 200 initials, grab the keys and I was out the door. I am busy during the day and commute so I really didn't want to hang around after work dealing with car salesmen. David made it happen and I was out the door in about an hour. Cheers to David! More
