Pleased with service but not the price $500 for changing out 6 spark plugs is way too expensive! Three hours of labor to remove an intake is indicative of an engine design that did not cons $500 for changing out 6 spark plugs is way too expensive! Three hours of labor to remove an intake is indicative of an engine design that did not consider economic repair as a criteria for the design. Toyota should consider a lifetime spark plug and stop making this a service item. Had I not gotten a 15% discount for a high mileage car the bill would have been close to $600.
