But once I got to talking to Wayne Cook it was a different story. I was referred to him by a friend. Mr. Cook did his very best to explain everything to me as I asked him question after question. He was right there with me from the very beginning to when I signed the papers. He took me through the buildings and explained how things worked when and if needed work done, who was who, he went through the "whole nine yards" with me. Just like a friend would do. I couldn't of asked for better sales people then these 2. There was no pressure to buy the truck just take it for a test drive and let the truck do the selling. I had done some damage to my brand new car ---hit a high curb, and the Service Manager(Ken ?) was most helpful, when the repair to the front mudguard did not initially hold up.
