Great atmosphere, not smoothered or pressured by sales team or rushed into any decisions. No prepared sales speech pitch. Worth the drive out of the Lehigh Valley to check out. I first approached Anthony on November 2,2012, just after Hurricane Sandy served my 2008 RAV4 a 6-foot water surge thereby resulting in a total loss. Anthony informed me of the incentives Toyota had at the time and even though there was a zero down at that time, he never pressured me into committing to a new purchase. Instead, he was quite sensitive to my situation, asked what vehicle I would be interested in, offered me the brochure and his card, and called me within reason. Yesterday, I called to inform him that I will be stopping by to purchase/lease a vehicle and Anthony, very knowledgeable and professional in his endeavor afforded me the opportunity to be driving a vehicle home at the end of the day. In all, the experience was expeditious and delightful. More

Jahnell was great-working on her birthday-she had a lot of enthusiasm--The other staff that assisted with the sale were also great to work with. Our son Christopher is so pleased with his new truck- it was of enthusiasm--The other staff that assisted with the sale were also great to work with. Our son Christopher is so pleased with his new truck- it was wonderful that the salesman (I cant recall his name-sorry- but he was a big help) showed Chris how to use all the features and set up the radio system to sync with Chris's phone before we left the dealership. It was nice that he could drive away already knowing how to use the features. Additionally, we received a great warranty package on the truck. Thanks, Edward and Sandra Knuth More

Ron Richmond was excellent. He put up with all my questions and 2 hours checking out the Sienna. This was one of the very few times that the person selling me a car gave me a price and it was not cha questions and 2 hours checking out the Sienna. This was one of the very few times that the person selling me a car gave me a price and it was not changed by a sales manager. This was very appreciated because I had driven 3 hours one way to make the final deal with a trade in. There were only pleasant surprises during the sales process. The asking price for the Sienna was very competitive. My past experiences with Toyota has been excellent. My 2004 Sienna (which I purchased new and still own) has 193,000 miles. Other than standard maintenance items it has needed less than $200 in parts. Don and Sharon Hazle More
