Rodney was fine. He was friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately the person that handles the paperwork in the end of the process was horrible. I was car shopping with my boyfriend of four months. We went to this dealer and he spoke to my boyfriend and rarely would address me even though we both made it clear that I was purchasing the vehicle (my went to this dealer and he spoke to my boyfriend and rarely would address me even though we both made it clear that I was purchasing the vehicle (my jeep had died and I needed a vehicle with better gas mileage). Alex asked my boyfriend "How many kids do you have?" (we are both in our early 20's) and after my boyfriend told him we were just dating he later asked "So when is the big day?". I also made it very clear that I will only drive vehicles with manual transmissions and he spent the entire time trying to push automatic vehicles on us because it was all they had in stock. I reiterated that I only drive manual and it fell on deaf ears. When my 6foot tall boyfriend said "She only drives manual" did it seem to be heard, but then we were told we could only test drive one if we signed paperwork to purchase the vehicle- that we could test drive an automatic. I said I didn't want to test drive a car with a different transmission and I was told again if we signed paperwork they would get a manual vehicle there for me. I was completely dumbfounded by this dealer and the pushiness of the sales person. I ended up getting a toyota but from a different dealer- I brought my brother for that and did not have any issues of the sales person dealing with only the men. More
