A friend of mine reffered me to Mr. Willie Torres, They raved about him and how much he helped them with thier situation. I spoke to Mr. Torres and it was like speaking to one of my family members, I expla raved about him and how much he helped them with thier situation. Low and behold we now find out that he is no longer there. I have made several attempts to communicate with him, I must say it dishartening that someone there could not be honest and tell us waht happened. I feel sorry for you guys, a person like Mr. Torres is a rare commodity. I guess we will have to look else where. More

What attracted me to Halterman's is a no pressure phone conversation with Eric Damiani who gave me all the details about the new Highlander I was looking to buy. When I arrived at the dealership Eric introduced me to Matt Raymond, who spent the next 4.5 hours making sure the deal went as smoothly as possible, from the initial test drive, to price negotiations and document signing. Due to the hard rain, Matt even drove both the new Highlander and my old trade-in car inside the service area to ensure I could move all my belongings into the new car without getting wet (I had almost a full car of things). Alex, the finance manager, was very pleasant as well, explaining all the features of the warranty and maintenance plans I purchased, as well as the advantages of buying a car in a regulated state (PA) vs. unregulated (NY or NJ). Overall, great experience and I would recommend Halterman's to anybody considering buying a Toyota. I will try to visit the service center for scheduled maintenance during my annual summer vacations in the Poconos. More
