He was able to answer all questions to my satisfaction concerning the vehicle, including pricing options and trade-in I was interested in purchasing. In the past I used another dealership in Wilkes-Barre and was not happy with the service department or salesperson,hence the switch. I am a Realtor and have been for the past 14 years and I know the importance of establising a client base in order to generate repeat business. Your dealership will have my business in the future.
