When I arrived at Halterman's I was nervous, Mr.Wilson's expertise and sincerity as experienced when I visited Halterman's Toyota in Stroudsburg,PA. I would like to add that the financial advisor(Alex) was the "cherry on top of the deal". He helped me understand all the important stuff! He really loves his job. More

My reason for my visit was to trade in my previous Toyota Rav 4 which I purchased from this same dealer in 2007-I was able to purchase a 2011 Toyota Rav 4-and was sooo please with the customer service-friend Rav 4 which I purchased from this same dealer in 2007-I was able to purchase a 2011 Toyota Rav 4-and was sooo please with the customer service-friendliness-and attention, everyone in the dealership was friendly from the moment I walked in-the attentiveness stemmed from the sales guys, the finance guy, the manager-They all were very kind, offered us drinks, food, all the while we were waiting for the approval process with finance-Kevin would sit with us-have good conversation, he and others would often check on us to make sure we didnt want or need anything-Kevin made the process so smooth and I honestly wouldnt go to any other dealer-and I will definitely recommend this dealership to ALL my family and friends!!!! We knew we'd receive the same great service and kindness that we had received the first time...and we weren't disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I've bought cars in the past from other dealerships and they don't come close to Haltermans Toyota. Haltermans isn't your typical car dealership. Other places just want to sell you a car and be done with it, at Haltermans they want you to be happy with your purchase and are there to really make your car buying experience a great one.
