All of the Staff was great and the price was excellant. My car "Angel" is awesome--she gets me to where I'm going without a problem--the ride is smooth--there are only 2 problems--the clock is in the wrong My car "Angel" is awesome--she gets me to where I'm going without a problem--the ride is smooth--there are only 2 problems--the clock is in the wrong place--it should be inplanted with the radio, so that when you glance at the radio you see the time--where it is now located, you have to look down taking your eyes off of the road and you have to squint to see the time because it is so small-you could have an accident-2nd--there is no ash tray, so there is no way to dispose of the cigaretts--you buy an ashtray--but there is no place to put it. After you purchase a vehicle they have orientation meetings where you can ask any questions and they demonstrate an airbag. Cons: The dealership building has poor acoustics and it is hard to hear in there. On top of that they play background music. The metal ring the keys came on is very flimsy. I replaced it with a better one myself. The vehicle comes with carpet type floor mats. These are attractive but they are not water/mud proof. If you want the rubber waterproof ones you have to buy them yourself. More

First I must say that I have been a customer at Halterman's for the past 16 years. I have never had a bad experience with their new car, used car, parts and service department. Anyone I have ever Halterman's for the past 16 years. I have never had a bad experience with their new car, used car, parts and service department. Anyone I have ever dealt with has been helpful and polite. Melissa from the service department has been especially great. She takes the time to explain things to you clearly and has the patience of a saint! (Believe me on this one she's had to explain things to me on more than one occasion.) She always makes time for me and I trust her 100% in making sure that my car is done correctly, in a timely fashion and at a fair price. She has never once tried to sell me something that I don't need as so many places do. This to me is very important and I love her for that!! In the past 16 years I have never dealt with another car dealership (why should I when I am satisfied and comfortable with Halterman's). I tell anyone looking for a car to try them out and I will be back soon for my next purchase. I use Halterman's for all of my service needs and those few things I can do myself I buy any parts needed directly through their parts department. I have no complaints whatsoever about anyone or anything at Halterman's. More

Service department does not reinstall all bolts removed from your vehicle. This has happened every Oil change on my 2008 Tundra. 4 times to be exact. Does not cover warranty without a fight. 2008 Tundra's have a problem with the factory radio's. Had the vehicle less that a year and went through 3 radio's and they last one they stated the factory radio was removed prior and would not honor warranty. Service manager stated there was a missing bolt on the factory radio and would not honor the warrantied factory radio. I stated that the radio was replace by his technicians twice before and if there was a missing bolt than his technicians forgot to install it. Anyways I went to a custom radio installer and had them install a radio that did not have to be replaced every 3 months. More

First I will say that when I buy a car, I do extensive research and come well prepared for negotiations. I contacted Halterman's internet sales and made an offer. Kevin and John got back to me almost im research and come well prepared for negotiations. I contacted Halterman's internet sales and made an offer. Kevin and John got back to me almost immediately. Because of previous bad experiences with car deals, I was a bit apprehensive and distrustful. I was honest and explained this to Kevin who then assure me and gave me his word that this would be different. Guess what, this has been the best car buying experience ever. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and much more. The deal was very fair and I have to say the best price around, was looking for a 2010 Prius. I now without any hesitation recommend this Dealership and look forward to continue doing business with them. Very professional, not pushy, they deliver on everything they had promised to me. So, feel free to go to Halterman's, you will not regret it. They are an excellent dealership. More
