Excellent experience negotiating new car purchase over email I had a fantastic experience with Matt Raymond, the Digital Marketing Director at Halterman's. I live pretty far away - in Allentown PA - and was contacting several (over 10) Toyota dealerships looking for a new car that is currently very hard to find (Prius Prime). Many ignored my emails, some were semi responsive, but Matt went above and beyond. He was quick to reply to all of my emails, took them very seriously, answered questions and concerns in detail, and when all was said and done was able to match other dealers in price. I was so pleased with Matt's help that it was a no-brainer in the end to buy the car at Haltermans, despite the distance from my home. Matt then helped take care of most of the final details through email, and when we finally made the trip in to close, took great care of me and my family while we closed the deal.
