Great experience not once but twice. Gina was my husbands salesperson back in April when he bought his 2016 Corolla. She was so great that I went back and purchased my Sienna with her. I never even thought twice of going somewhere else. She was very helpful, kind, and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. I recommend her to anyone. Everyone in the dealership is very friendly, even the service guys. I recommend going to this dealership before any other one. I had problems with my van and the DVD player that was installed. Andy took care of it he searched and did whatever he had to do to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos to Andy & Gina!!! More

Long process- worth the wait! This was my first trip to this dealership- and my second Toyota purchase. The dealership gave me a fair price on the new vehicle, and my trade, with This was my first trip to this dealership- and my second Toyota purchase. The dealership gave me a fair price on the new vehicle, and my trade, with minimal back and forth. They were definitely interested in making the deal. I do feel very satisfied with my overall purchase experience. The staff was awesome - all of them. There was an unusually long wait to get in and sign paperwork... But we will chalk it up to a "busy" night, as there were a few other families there as long as I was. The sales pitch and pressure to purchase additional warranties at paperwork time was a bit much for my personal taste (which may be a Toyota thing- as I had a similar experience to a slightly lesser degree with my last purchase at a different dealership). Final detailing was the best I have had yet driving off the lot. The salesmen stuck out the entire wait with me well past closing, bought me a burger, and even programmed my phone into the car for me. TROOPERS! Overall, I would recommend the sales team of Ryan and Sean without hesitation! More

Toyota the best--but one sacrifice I have owned 5 Toyotas in my life--3 Landcruiser and 2 Camry. I just purchased my second Camry. This time I came to Halterman's at the good recommenda I have owned 5 Toyotas in my life--3 Landcruiser and 2 Camry. I just purchased my second Camry. This time I came to Halterman's at the good recommendation of a good friend. Larry is a fabulous guy to work with, he lets you think about it and does his best to explain things. If he doesn't know the answer he finds it. He tries all he can to make a 6 hr purchase "experience" move along. When you purchase here ask for Larry. We felt that 6 hrs to purchase a car is a bit like a marathon. There are places along the journey (they call it an experience) that dealer-decisions could have moved more quickly. We had everything ready to go...but Larry can't help what others could streamline. Once we came to an agreed trade and purchase price and signed the agreement, we were there 90 more minutes. The "finance office" caught us by surprise with a strong sell to add the "life long bumper to bumper optional insurance-warranty". We were confused since we had already signed for a price with Larry and now we were being asked to add another $1,500 to the price! We declined. But we felt that business integrity had been compromised--that $1500 addition should have been part of the agreed to price-offer when we signed for the sale. All in all, we are very pleased with the 2015 Camry. Toyota has done fabulously with the technology under the hood. But Toyota have sacrificed front seat comfort. This is my first Toyota that does what most other makes do--my legs go to sleep after 45 minutes because the seat design cuts circulation. The sitting position cannot be adjusted to complete comfort.
