Well , I have always had great experience with Halterman and remain a loyal customer, but now I have a loyal salesman BOWTIE MIKE who make the process feel so comfortable ! I didn't feel "sold" or manipulated . I didn't feel desperation or minimized. I felt like he wanted me to be HAPPY . Mike is an absolute GEM . He is so relaxed, sweet and a smile that just makes you feel at ease . Needless to say , I went in looking for a basic BASE 2nd family car and left with the high end Rav 4 Hybrid . And do you want to know why ? Because after all of the indecisiveness , he wanted to know what I really sincerely wanted . And I left with just THAT . Excellent no pressure experience I came in to look at the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. I was currently under lease with another vehicle, so didn't consider purchasing that day. Micha I came in to look at the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. I was currently under lease with another vehicle, so didn't consider purchasing that day. Michael Stevens greeted me and my son right at the entrance and after explaining my current lease situation he still offered to show me the car and give us an in depth presentation of all the options and features with no salesman pressure. I was very impressed with the car and Michael suggested that there might be a way to get out of the lease and get the new car today if I wanted to pursue that option. I really liked the features on the car and decided to explore the option to trade in the lease and buy a new one. Denny and Junior worked hard to make sure it made sense financially for me. Michael really made the whole experience a pleasant and friendly one. I ended up trading in my old SUV and getting a brand new Outlander and couldn't be happier. Thank you and great job!! More

Very pleasantly suprised First time I dealt with this Mitsubishi dealership was when I stopped in with my Mother so she could look at the new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. She ended up trading in her car then, and I was so impressed by the level of service and no haggle treatment Micheal Stevens gave us, that few weeks later I decided to get a new Outlander SE of my own. I had a particular configuration in mind and since they didn't have it on the lot, Mike went out of his way to drive a long distance and personally pick up the car for me. I love the car so far but what really impresses me is how good they treat people with no haggling and hurry up sales pitches. It was truly a breath of fresh air doing business with Michael Stevens and the guys at Halterman's Mitsubishi and thank you for all your work!! More
