After going to countless dealerships and getting denied and terrible customer service I had pretty much lost all hope. Haltermans was able to get me in a beautiful 2016 Corolla. I honestly am still shocked. Ganesh and the team at Haltermans had wonderful customer service. I will be recommending Haltermans to anyone I know who needs a new vehicle. More

Long process As car buying usually is, my experience was quite a lengthy process. The initial sales associate Kendall was very kind and helpful. There was a bit of a misunderstanding reguarding a military discount which would have been a large incentive for me. But all in all we were able to make a deal that I was happy with. The length of the deal making portion was as long you'd expect of estimate 2 hours start to finish. Once the deal was made it was another 5 hours of waiting for the team to get everything out together to sign and finalize. The waiting wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have a cranky toddler with me so the mediocre expierence wasn't the fault of the team. All in all I had a good expierence and was able to make a fair deal for the vehicle I wanted. More

Loved working with Kendall but Roger is an xxx Went to halter mans to service my 01 Prius, but after discovering it would be over 5k to fix it, I opted to buy a new (used) 07 Rav4. Kendall was amaz Went to halter mans to service my 01 Prius, but after discovering it would be over 5k to fix it, I opted to buy a new (used) 07 Rav4. Kendall was amazing and did everything she could to make sure my first car buying experience was as easy and comfortable as possible. It was scary because this was my first big purchase ever and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Tammy was also amazing and so was Steve the used car manager. The only problem I had was with one of the sales managers, Roger Harry who lied to my face and, after calling him out on it, didn't even bother to apologize. My boyfriend wanted me to walk away from the deal but after all the time and effort Kendall had put towards providing me with such amazing customer service I wanted to give her the sale, with the condition that Roger does not receive a penny of my money. He's a crook and exactly what you'd expect from a used car dealer, but Kendall was fantastic. Would definitely return for my next car purchase, but refuse to work with Roger! Would rate him 0 stars but am required to do 1 star minimum. More
