Dream come true The car I was driving broke down, the cost to fix it would have been outstanding. I was so overwhelmed with not having a vehicle and not knowing what The car I was driving broke down, the cost to fix it would have been outstanding. I was so overwhelmed with not having a vehicle and not knowing what I was going to do. The decision on what to do was basically made for me. Albert, told me he was going to put me into a new car. I was of course not having it, I had a certain price range I had to stay at and that was it. After many reservations in my part Albert and Eric sent me home for the night in a new 2016 corolla. Of course I fell in love with it, Eric and his adorable daughter showed me all of the features of the car (she might have been the best part !) Then Eric broke it down to me how affordable it was per paycheck. I went home that night knowing what I was going to do. Just nervous on taking on a payment and making my first big purchase. I came in the next day and Albert got started right away, my paperwork was done and signed before I knew it. The safety and peace of mind I have now, not having to worry about a car that will keep breaking down on me, or not starting is worth every penny. I couldn't have done it without Albert,he made this whole experience painless and I feel so good about the whole thing! Get the job done! Jahnell stated honestly "my job is to stop you from shopping around!" and that she did! She worked all day to make sure that we were satisfied, had the right fit, had the best financing and probably put over a mile on her shoes running back and forth until we got the perfect match. She was professional combined with a lot of personal touches. We looked at a total of 6 vehicles over the course of the day - and it was a full day! Jahnell was knowledgeable, great listening skills, and more than anything - determined to make sure we were satisfied. She was systematic in her sales approach, never pressured us in any way, but instead continued to assess and monitor our interest and understanding. I will also say that in the middle of this day's event, I called the salesman at Abeloff and told him that I was at Halterman looking at a car and wanted to get his best price on a car I looked at yesterday at that dealership. I told him it was a choice between the two cars. He gave me his best price which was seemed to be a standard $500 off and then hung up without much discussion. The difference is that Jahnell would never have let that go without a good fight. She worked very hard for this sale and never let go. She is the kind of salesperson you want on your side. I would definitely recommend Halterman's, but moreso, I would definitely recommend Jahnell and would return to her the next time we are looking for a car and a really fair deal. Thank you. Sean McFarland also helped us better understand the pricing structure and was able to break it down into simple language.
