Like working with Family Tues. 10/14/14 I stopped by to take a look at a 2013 Versa, that I had previously saw online while browsing the Halterman's website. Undecided and very worried about my far from perfect credit score. I sat down and talked with Steve Heller who was very inviting, he told me not to worry about my bad credit and that him and his team will do everything they can to find a bank willing to give me a loan. He also explained that they've gotten others with a lowwer score then mine approved for loans. Of caorse I thought to myself I heard this same tale before and still wasnt to sure of having them run my credit. So we took a look at the car which quickly changed my mind, but I still wasnt certain I'd be approved so I ask for a reschruled appointment. Came in Fri. 10/17/14 with pay stubs in hand ready to file application for a loan still having doubts. Next thing I know Steve calls Anthony Gonzalez over and they both begin working some "Haltermen" Magic. I had to leave for a while to go back to work but on my way out Steve called to me and says "the next time you walk into this office your leaving with your new car". I thought it was a little forward and early to be saying things as such, but 3 hrs. Later I received a call from Steve asking me when is the soonest I could get there. Not thinking to much about it I figured it was just to go and answer more question and or that they needed some more info to place applications. Steve says no I just needed your SS# and for you to come pick up your car. Amazed at the words that I heard, I quickly ran inside and asked my boss when was the soonest I could leave. Next thing I knew was with my mother on my way to pick up my car. I would like to Thank the Entire Halterman's Family for helping me and for being so welcoming with open arms. Thank you again Steve Heller hope to see you the future for my next car or maybe when I send my younger sister your way. More

Buyer beware of faulty vehicles! On 09/03/2014, I purchased a 2004 dodge neon from Halterman's Auto group. On 09/04/2014 and 09/05/2014 the vehicle broke down and wouldn't start. I im On 09/03/2014, I purchased a 2004 dodge neon from Halterman's Auto group. On 09/04/2014 and 09/05/2014 the vehicle broke down and wouldn't start. I immediately brought it to an independent auto mechanic who found multiple faults with the vehicle including a failed inspection. He questioned the validity of the inspection sticker since the vehicle was inspected on 08/2014 and supposedly passed. He stated that vehicle should never had passed inspection. I immediately brought it to the attention of Halterman's staff which was dismissed. I rejected the vehicle and requested a full refund including the cancelation of current contract for the dodge. I asked for the return of hyundai accent that was used as a trade in in which we still held the title ownership that had not yet been signed and transfered, but Halterman's refused to work things amicably. I got additional independent reports including one from the vehicle manufacturer dodge and other reputable mechanical service centers that stated the vehicle did not pass inspection and was unsafe. Halterman's continued to ignore my proof of documented evidence and refused to address my concerns despite the many visits, phone calls, emails and messages sent to their staff and general manager Allen Blad. I emailed and asked on several occasions to speak to their general manager Allen Blad but was told by Anthony Gonzalez-special finance manager that he was too busy for me. I recently came to the dealership accompanied by mother and was told by Anthony Gonzalez after spending 8 hours trying to work out an amicably deal on returning the unacceptable, unsatisfactory and unsafe vehicle to them. We asked to speak to Allen Blad several times and were given the runaround even though Anthony Gonzalez specified that Mr. Blad would be the one to cancel the sale. We were told that Mr. Bladd was getting a haircut and was too busy for us. They are very disrespectful. Halterman's wasted our entire day and did nothing to address the ongoing situation with the dodge vehicle. I contacted the Quality Assurance State Inspector to inspect my vehicle and he found multiple faults that failed the vehicle inspection. The dodge vehicle was inspected and was passed as a safe vehicle by Halterman's service men in their very own service center. Halterman's defrauded me and knowingly sold me an unsafe vehicle. I have lost trust in them as a business and I am very appalled that they would risk the safety of consumers to make MONEY! I believe that as a dealership that if you're ready to sit down with the consumer and take their money, then you should have the time sit and work with them should a problem arise. More

Needing to drive to VA on the weekend Matt Roeker shared his dealer plates with me because we still needed to process paper work regarding my move into PA.
