After my husband and I drove to East Stroudsburg thinking "this is going to be a bust" we sat down with Matt. He was truly genuine and a tremendous wealth of knowledge. Matt helped us pick out the right Toyota Rav4 and with the help of his team gave my husband and I a deal we could not turn down. Matt along with his Manager Nick Sisson made us feel right at home. Excellent customer service I regularly service my Toyota Camry ( previous Rav 4) and came to Dealership on July 5, 2014 for 10,000 mile check up. I actually had a complaint ab I regularly service my Toyota Camry ( previous Rav 4) and came to Dealership on July 5, 2014 for 10,000 mile check up. I actually had a complaint about not getting my car detailed as promised at my 5000 mile check up ( it was done, but results were fine on the outside but car was not even vacuumed and still had stickers from my original purchase in January 2014 on dash that I explained I wanted removed. (I left 5000 mile check up and made an appointment for car detailing to be done at local company.) I reviewed above with John Tait who met me looking professional in a white lab jacket and listened to my above experience and took a copy of the detailing bill done at DR BUFF UP in stroudsburg ,pa., which I was completely satisfied with. This is what I have come to expect at Toyota with sales and service. My Rav 4 salesman, Matt Raymond, always greets me along with the excellent customer service from Lindsey in the Service Department. I felt like a valued customer dealing with Mr. Tait. From our first phone call to Chelsea, to our next step with Steve Heller, who was GREAT with the sale and very knowledgeable about the business and the car, to the final step with Nick Sisson the manager, who also made us feel very welcome, it was a first class experience. We had some good non-business conversation that was very pleasant and down to earth which made the whole experience enjoyable.
