I had been recommended to bring my Rav4 here when I mentioned I was having a problem with it. They were very courteous from the moment I drove into the service center with a warm welcome from the staff as well as the manager. I left feeling very satisfied with knowing they knew exactly what my needs were. I was in and out in a very short period, in time to go off to work. I had a very thorough checkup and Melissa and John Tait kept me informed as they were performing the service. All the staff were so friendly and smiling with other customers as well as I waited in the waiting room. The girls at the checkout set me up with my follow up appointment making sure it was in my best interest for a time and date. Very nice. Very professional. Thank you Nancy Bittner More

I needed a vehicle that was not only affordable but also economical and would meet my daily commuter needs. I didn't have much time to walk around the lot and select a vehicle, so it was easy to call up the sales guys (Rodney) tell him what I was looking for and have the paperwork started ahead of time. Rodney did a great job pre-selecting my vehicle so when I walked in I simply had to sign paperwork, pay and drive out with my brand new car. Thanks! Jahnell Aaron was our sales person. She was knowledgeable and showed us vehicles that were well within our price range. We ended up with a Rav 4 Limited - it's beautiful, fun to drive - but more importantly it is affordable for us and everything we were looking for. We couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. Toyota helped us when no one else would. this is our 4th lease with them - we were looking to switch to Mazda. My husband was fixed in a CX-5. I'm glad Mazda was difficult to deal with because it pushed him to go back to Toyota (I told him so! ??). I couldn't be happier with our decision to stay with what we knew. Great Staff I had an issue with my passenger rear axle seal busting and leaking onto my ABS sensor. The seal had just been replaced six months prior, so it was s I had an issue with my passenger rear axle seal busting and leaking onto my ABS sensor. The seal had just been replaced six months prior, so it was still under warranty. Justin was able to call the Toyota higher-ups and was able to have the seal and ABS sensor replaced at no charge because it was a direct cause from the leak. He was always looking to help me as the customer and treated me right. He even helped me out with obtaining a rental because I had to go to school and work while they were working on the car. Carlos was always very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job with the company when I rode with him in the courtesy van. Alexis was also friendly at the front desk when it was time for me to check out. She helped me over the phone with some of my issues with the car as well. More
