I came into Toyota 2 times this week searching for a good deal on a new car. This would be my first car. I purchased a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry just 3 days ago, and I am not only thrilled with the vehicle, but I also had a excellent, highest rating! I purchased a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry just 3 days ago, and I am not only thrilled with the vehicle, but I also had a wonderful experience with all of the Halterman's staff--from sales to service. In making my initial appointment, I spoke with Ms. Brea Ferrari, and then later with Ms. Tiffany DeAngelo. I actually had to reschedule that initial appointment, and these 2 ladies were both very courteous and professional. As it turns out, I actually ended up bringing in my 2007 Toyota Camry in for service on Friday morning (3/14/14)--before my scheduled appointment, and as my car was being serviced, I went out onto the sales floor just to take a look at the new models. I never dreamed in a million years that I could actually afford one of those gorgeous 2014 models. I had originally considered purchasing a pre-owned car (that was what my appointment was for); however, when I sat down with my Sales Consultant, Mr. Junior Mendoza, he was able to put together a deal for me so that I could actually purchase a BRAND NEW Camry! I never even thought that it was possible! I had a bankruptcy in my credit history, and Mr. Mendoza was very understanding and sensitive of my situation. He always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Mr. Mendoza assured me that we could work out the sale, and he went out of his way to ensure that I could get the 2014 Camry that I had fallen in love with. He was patient, creative (as we were considering what the best deal would be), and extremely courteous. Even though I was really worried that I wouldn't be "credit worthy" yet, Mr. Mendoza remained positive and encouraging the whole time. Mr. Nick Sisson, the Sales Manager, also assisted in the financing of my car, and he too was very kind and professional. I have been a customer of Halterman's Toyota for many years now, and this transaction was handled with the same EXCELLENT service that I have always experienced at this dealership. I look forward to many years of service with Halterman's Toyota, and I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. They are superior as always, and I had a very favorable, positive overall experience there. More

I originally called the dealer because when I woke that AM my tire was flat. Halterman's sent a tech to my home to change the tire and put on a spare. While waiting I decided that it was time to downsize the SUV I was driving ( Rav4) with high mileage to a more economical car. I only buy toyotas and have owned the camry, corolla, the van, pickup, rav4 and would only own a toyota so there was no question about a quality car. Tom as well as everyone I encourtered at Halterman's was great. I always have a good experience there with repairs and inspections. More

To be completely honest, I had visited some other car dealerships before going to Halterman's Toyota; but going there was the best choice in car buying I made. I was greeted almost right after I walked in the door. I was really glad that Chris actually listened to me and that he was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I feel that the dealership was pretty willing to work with me in a deal to stay in my price range, yet get me the car I really wanted.
