After my son had an unfortunate accident on christmas day which totaled his vehicle, I needed to give him my car so he could get to his classes at college and to his job. From the time I walked in the door, Chris Joseph, my sales consultant and Albert Lanigan, my Business Manager, made the overall experience First Class ! Chris and Albert were such a pleasure to work with. They made the car buying process very easy and quick. Chris's non-aggressive, soft-spoken approach was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and an asset to the Halterman's organization. He was very friendly, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable about the Toyota models and he helped me pick the best vehicle for my needs. Chris went above and beyond to try to keep me within a price point with a monthly payment I could afford. He took the time to explain every feature on the vehicle and made the car buying process very easy and stress free for me. Albert took the time to explain each and every document that I needed to sign and helped me get the financing I needed so I could take the car home that day. They didn't try to sell me what I didn't need and were helpful in explaining all of my options in depth and what my future financing options would do for me. I would definitely buy another car from Halterman's Toyota. Keep up the great work guy's. To start Justin should get a raise in salary. I had a question about my vehicle that I recently purchased from Halterman's. I drove into the service department and Justin recognized me from my recent pur question about my vehicle that I recently purchased from Halterman's. I explained my problem to him and he said he would take care of me as soon as he finished with another customer. As I waited, Matt went out his way to say hi to me and make me feel welcome. Matt was my first contact at Halterman's on a previous purchase and I come back to Halterman's because of him and the other people there and who make me feel welcome. Too make this long story short. Justin fixed my problem in a few minutes and I was on my way feeling completely satisfied. The speed at which my problem was rectified is another reason why I like Halterman's. There are Toyota dealerships closer to my house but they are large multi-brand dealerships and will give you a date a week from next Tuesday if you call for an appointment. Halterman's has all the capabilities of these dealerships but is small enough to give you personalized service. I can't say enough good about them. More
