I hope Vaden can keep this kind of service because I will only buy my new cars and have my service done by them. In service department Brad Shaw was very professional and friendly. Their shop foreman Rob Houk is easy to deal with and explains things so I can understand them if need be. And sales. Wow. If you are looking to buy a new vehicle you have to ask for Alice. If you don’t you are settling for a second rate salesman or in this case sales woman. She is definitely the person I’d want handling all of my deals with buying a new car. Seriously Vaden Toyota will take care of you in every way. It has been 1 year since I bought my 4runner and I have gotten it serviced a few times and I have zero complaints. I will be purchasing a new Tundra in a couple months and this is where. I feel like Vaden really does business in a way they want to see their customers coming back. More

I talked to dealers by phone to get an idea of what might be available. The Sylacauga dealership was close so I visited them first, planning to look at 3 dealers in the area. Eddie Jones met me at the front door. Eddie was great. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. So much so that I never made it to the other dealers. I'm inn my 80's so I've bought a lot of cars. The man is a brilliant salesman who will make your experience a smooth as possible and you will have every question answered honestly and accurately. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years, and I used to dread dealership visits, so this experience certainly caught of guard. No pressure, no rush, no repeated phone calls. Just a great down home experience. We live in Clanton, but couldn’t get McKinnon to work with us on our trade.
