I went in with a lot of despair in my situation. I couldn't get a lot done with just me, but they were trying their best either which way it went to get me into something. With my cosigner I was able I couldn't get a lot done with just me, but they were trying their best either which way it went to get me into something. Surprised It took 3 trips to get the correct part for my car. My compensation for this aggravation was a $15 credit. Very poor, inconsiderate customer relations. Called the day bedore but my name wasn't on service list. A man rook my name and keys. I went to the lounge area with several other people. The man from service came in and sat down to discuss my car in front of everyone there. He rightly told me that I had exceeded my service visits. But he could get the tires rotated. I agreed. He came back in and told me it would cost 19.99 for the rotation. I told him ok. Before he left he said he had some coupons and it would be only 9.95. I thanked him. When the car was finished and I started to pay, he said 19.95! I didn't atgue. I just needed to go. He told me the tires were rotated and the "fluids were topped off". I hope all of that was done. How am I to be sure? He may have just ripped of me and the service dept. More
