Svc rented m a truck so I could complete a job I was working on (appreciated). Wrong part was shipped, beginning of bad experience. When I went to get truck 04-27 I noticed the bearing I purchased from autozone was on front seat. Talked to Marty, he said they pressed factory bearing in didn’t charge me for it. I asked if a hub sub-assy included bearing he said no. Paid,, advised Marty still roaring noise. Mechanic said u-joints carrier bearing bad. Marty said he would put on rack replace u-joints today, carrier bearing would be in Saturday and I could pick truck up Saturday. Called Saturday at 11:00 am, spoke with Bezel, part didn’t come in it would be Monday. Called Monday 8:00 am Bezel called back left message that he was working on it and it will be ready shortly after noon. Called Bezel at 2:30 pm he could not tell me when it will be ready for pick up. Marty called about 3:30 pm said it was fixed as best they could, I need to take truck somewhere that can Balance drive shaft. Don’t understand why mechanic didn’t notice wheel bearing replacement didn’t resolve problem. But did notice replacing u-joints and carrier bearing didn’t either. Very disappointing, I am taking truck to BHam to have a mechanic inspect. I spent $715.19 for wheel bearing replacement, Bezel original quote for wheel bearing replacement was $270. Then was quoted $504 for hub assy and 2 1/2 hrs labor, he adjusted total, and was quoted $1040 for u-joint and carrier bearing replacement, Marty did reduce that to $903.13. So my cost was $1662.28, for a vehicle that is just as bad if not worse than when I first brought it in. More

Tire Pressure Check Dropped in for a tire pressure check ( without an appointment). Was immediately taken care of. A small hole was found in a tire. I was taken into the service area & shown the hole, which I was told could be repaired. The mechanic also pointed out some wear on said tire which would require alignment in the future to prevent further wear. I opted to have the repair & alignment done at that time. I was kept apprised of the progress & was on my way in no time. Very nice & friendly staff! More
