Service department not customer friendly I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and one of the tires has had to have air about every three weeks since we have had the car. The car has been checked mu I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and one of the tires has had to have air about every three weeks since we have had the car. The car has been checked multiple times and they say nothing wrong with tire but yet we continue to have to put air in tire. On the last visit Martin in service department was rude to my wife and when I tried to talk to him by phone he was not friendly. So the paperwork shows they checked the tire, patched, remounted, and balanced. He said they couldn’t find anything wrong but yet patched tire by paperwork. I purchased a new set of tires following week and ask them to check the tires being replaced. There were no patches on any of the tires. Also paperwork says we requested complimentary multi point inspection which we didn’t and shows inspection sheet attached. We did not receive an inspection sheet. Doesn’t look like this service department is very trustworthy. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past before it became Vaden. Because they don’t seem to be trustworthy I will probably take my business elsewhere in the future. More
