On 3/18/19 I was disappointed that I had to return my Venza 15 minutes after pickup.up There was a loud vibrating Overall Excellent Customer Service. On 3/18/19 I was disappointed that I had to return my Venza 15 minutes after pickup.up There was a loud vibrating sound coming from behind the dash where they had replaced the cabin filter. Evidently the Technician ignored the sound and considered My car ready for pickup. I returned my car and picked it up the next day. They found leaves and dirt down close to the motor. It was a bit inconvenient, however I will continue to use Vaden Toyota due to the usual Quality Customer Service that is provided by Andre in the Service Department. More

Ultimate Delight I prayed about a car. I walk into Vaden Toyota and I was in my first New car in a reasonable time. My new Yaris has a very decent payment plan. All t I prayed about a car. Professional Customer service I was very fortunate that Vaden Toyota offered a service of programming vehicle keys. I lost / misplaced my keys to my 2016 Sequoia and was heart brok I was very fortunate that Vaden Toyota offered a service of programming vehicle keys. I lost / misplaced my keys to my 2016 Sequoia and was heart broken that I could not find them.
