Straight Forward, Easy, No Hassle My experience started out online through TrueCar and then I was contacted by Luis Catalan from Vaden through text message. After I told him what we we My experience started out online through TrueCar and then I was contacted by Luis Catalan from Vaden through text message. After I told him what we were looking for he was able to find the exact car while other dealers were not able to. He gave us a really reasonable price right of the bat and I felt like it was a good price and not worth trying to negotiate it down. He was able to give me an estimated date of when the car would arrive at the dealer and it actually came in a day earlier, and we were able to take it for a test drive and then proceed to do the paperwork. I received a decent offer on my trade-in considering it needed a few things done to it. I would have liked to get a little more out of my trade-in, but with the offer they gave me on the highlander I took their offer. I was not pressured to do anything. I wasn't offered a deal that was only good for that day or anything like that. Luis was straight forward and answered all the questions I had and was very easy to deal with. So if you are in the market for a Toyota I recommend Vaden Toyota for your next vehicle, and don't forget to ask for Luis Catalan and tell him David DeWeese sent you.
