I came into the service department with a sudden and urgent problem (like everyone does). I had spoken with David Theodore before arriving but he was busy at that moment, but Jonathan Matz introduced hi urgent problem (like everyone does). I had spoken with David Theodore before arriving but he was busy at that moment, but Jonathan Matz introduced himself and offered to take a look (even though this was late on a Friday & they were still very busy). By the time David was free, Jonathan had an angle on the trouble and they both worked to get it solved. They helped me like it was their problem & their interest & effort felt more personal than business. My first car was a 1977 Celica and this experience is a good example why I’ve purchased Toyota since then. More
