"Lots of help and little stress"
I came to this dealership to buy my new/used car because I purchased my last car there and had a great experience then, 15 years ago. Dino Birgas greeted me the first visit to view the barely used car section and was a constant source of support and help through out the nearly 2 weeks as I considered the options. He was both low key and constantly present coming up with other ideas and options in my decision making process. I am a woman and found his approach to be respectful and never patronizing. This was important in selling me a car.
The 15 years of quality service from this dealerships service department was a key factor in why I kept my search largely with this dealership. Although I searched internet listings and read comparisons with other makes and models beyond Toyota the loyalty I felt with this dealership would always factor in the choices I made that lead me to the finale decision and the purchase of the vehicle.
In every measure I had at my disposal, and I did my research, my deal was fair and the Rav4 I purchase is a great car and should reliably serve me and keep me safe.
