Always Courteous! I purchased my 2012 Highlander at this dealership and have always had it serviced by them. They are always courteous and polite. Never do they try to sell me anything I don't need. In fact my oil light was on and I thought I needed it changed. But I was informed I did not need it yet (the maintenance light was for some other minor issue) and when I said to change it anyway since they had my car the service rep said no I still had a few more months and to save my money. I also let them hand wash it for $18.95 and when I picked it up it looked like it was brand new it was so clean! More

Headliner So, the rear of my headliner in my Avalon is coming down. I took it to local Toyota dealer here where I bought the car new in 2013. Since then, and many years later, I have exclusively saught him out whenever I go to your dealership to buy a vehicle. He's not family (well, not by blood - he's my "Toyota Brother" 😊) and our only connection in life has only been at the dealership... so I am not a "paid spokes person" for him. I just feel very comfortable that he will work hard to treat my wife and I very good and that he's always honest and I know we will get a very fair deal.
