I have a child in the hospital in seattle with a life threatening illness.. Jay knew this and knew i could not be without my vehicle any longer. The necessary repairs were made so my vehicle was safely operational again. It could not wait for your service department to get back to me. It cost more money but i atleast i was able to get to where my son needed me to be in seattle, by his side.. a lesson learned and will not be bringing my vehicle back to your service department again nor will i recommend that anyone else does either
