I always have specific requests regarding the maintenance of my two Camrys. I always check my cars (with gauges and visually) after the service work is completed to make sure that the work requested was comp of my two Camrys. I always check my cars (with gauges and visually) after the service work is completed to make sure that the work requested was completed as specified. Service Manager Tony Celeste always ensures that the work is done correctly and that I am satisfied with the service. The other Service Advisors I have worked with (Lou Schiavo, Joe Junk and Sam Aiello) are very knowledgable, professional and personable. I have had all my cars serviced for over 20 years at Toyota of Turnersville because the service people treat me like family and my cars exactly as they would their own vehicles. More
The salesperson, Jerry Freedman, was informative about Toyota products. He let my husband and me lead the search for my new car and did not seem to push us through the experience. After the repair the service technicians took time to explain to me what was done, I really appreciated this information. I have purchased many Toyoto's from this dealership, never have had a complaint or problem with them. This is an outstanding organization! More
As stated in my earlier review, I would be purchasing a 2009 Camry by the end of October. Because of the way I was treated by Sonny in the parts department, I bypassed Turnersville altogether. I find the 2009 Camry by the end of October. Because of the way I was treated by Sonny in the parts department, I bypassed Turnersville altogether. I find these people ignorant and arrogant and I recommend you go elsewhere as well. I went to Toyota of Runnemede and have nothing but praise for them. More
Stopped into the parts department on Saturday 9/6 to get some suspension and brake parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter my sister-in-law's 2006 Scion tC. Got up to the parts counter an some suspension and brake parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter my sister-in-law's 2006 Scion tC. Got up to the parts counter and nobody was there, figured parts guy must be in the bathroom or something. Waited for a few minutes before announcing myself; nothing. Called out to someone again; nothing. Decided to go to the receptionist desk and she sat there giving me dirty looks.(looked & talked like she belonged "in da hood" rather than a professional place like a Toyota showroom.) I was a little irritated by this time so I went back and knocked on the counter and said quite loudly "Yo! Customer up here!" and still no one came to assist me. 30 seconds later, a guy with a long brown beard and shaved head (later found out his name was Sonny) comes out of the side door from the parts department and walks right past me like I wasn't there. I announced quite loudly "I guess nobody wants my business!" and walked away quite annoyed. Went to Toyota of Runnemede to get the parts I needed and as soon as I walked in the door, the parts representative greeted me like I was one of his buddies from home. I told him that I needed quite a bit of stuff and he assured me that it was no problem. He spent the next 45 minutes with me looking up everything I needed. I had to order a few things but allowed me to pay for everything there and helped me carry everything out to my car. I was happy that I got what I needed and they were happy to have $529 worth of parts gone from their shelves. I called Toyota of Turnersville and left a message for their General Manager, and to their credit, their parts manager, Mr. Jeff King called me back to apologize for the manner in which I was treated and asked me for another chance. Much appreciated but not likely. Jeff was a nice guy and showed a lot of integrity calling me up, but Sonny Boy ruined that for them. I'm going to be purchasing a 2009 Camry by the end of this month, so I'll make sure that I let Toyota Motor Sales and Runnemede and Turnersville Toyota know what happened on the survey. As for Turnersville's management, they need to reeducate 'ol Sonny Boy in how to properly greet and treat customers and leave the weed up his xxx at home. If they don't, I'm sure the NJ Department of Labor will when he's standing in line for unemployment. Trust me, when I get the new car survey, I'll make sure I mention him by name when I let them know why I didn't shop at Turnersville. More
Stopped in last Saturday to get some suspension $ brake parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter for my sister-in-laws Scion tC. Long story short, I walked up to a deserted parts counter parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter for my sister-in-laws Scion tC. Long story short, I walked up to a deserted parts counter and tried to get someone's attention (&no they weren't closed.) Tried to get assistance from an ignorant receptionist who had nothing to offer me besides a smart xxx attitude and dirty looks (sounded & looked like she belonged "in da hood" instead of a professional place like a Toyota showroom) Finally I went back and knocked on the counter to try and get someone's attention and a guy with a shaved head and long brown beard (later found out his name was Sonny) stormed out of a side door and walked right past me like I didn't exist. That was the final straw. Went somewhere else, where they were more than pleased to accomodate me. I ended up spending $529 on the parts I needed and a few other things. Called and left a voicemail for the General Manager of Turnersville, and to their credit their parts manager, Jeff King, called me up to apologize for the way I was treated and asked for another chance. Very much appreciated and shows integrity on his end, but not likely. Sonny Boy really left a bad taste in my mouth with his conduct. Hopefully the lost sale that I gave to another dealer left one in his and he changes his attitude. More
