I love this place! We have been to TOT twice in the past 4 months. We bought a 2013 Prius and then returned to buy a 2014 Prius V. The dealership personnel are friendly and made the visits pleasant and painless. The finance managers were low-pressure and din;t try to convince us that we "needed" extra coverage or add-ons. They did advise us to buy GAP insurance and we did! Len Rizzo was a master of feeling good! He made us feel comfortable and at home all through the buying process. Rob and the management team were respectful and I quickly realized that this was a different kind of dealership than the 8 others I had visited. it was one of only 2 places that I felt I could trust. Ultimately I decided to buy through Turnersville Toyota because they offered me the best interest and price and were the easiest to work with. The guys were professional, accommodating, and made my solo buying experience a wonderful one. More
