I had the pleasure of being helped by two top notch managers. Dan is who I first approached and he went and got the help of Chris. I walked over to Tracy Honda and went to the parts department where I was quickly approached by Dan. He looked up my part and because my honda is older the part is no longer available he tried a new battery to no avail. He went and got help from Chris who quickly said "Lets go take a look" and together with Dan drove me back over to my vehicle and, not kidding within seconds Chris had the alarm shut off. I write this to let you know how grateful I'am that you have such wonderful employees. This is yet another example why I have purchased all four of my Honda's from Tracy Honda. This type of customer service is not a given, but at Tracy Honda the managers lead by example.
